Operator Runbook

This page is meant to be the simple instructions the club can actually follow on league night. Keep it open, keep it simple, and use it the same way every week.

Before league night starts

• Turn on the computer and the TV
• Make sure the TV is set to the correct input
• Open the website and sign into the admin area
• Open the TV Broadcast page in one tab and the Admin Dashboard in another
• Start the TV Rotator on the TV screen

Set up the season before the first week

• Open Start Season and save the active season
• Open Teams & Shooters and save the team rosters
• Open Schedule and assign teams, times, and trap houses
• Open Events and add any public announcements or club notices

Entering scores on league night

• Open Enter Scores
• Select the correct week
• Select the team
• Select the shooter
• Click the Round 1 score
• Click the Round 2 score
• Press Save Score or Save & Next Shooter
• Repeat until all shooters are entered

If someone asks about a shooter

• Open Shooter Lookup
• Search the shooter’s name
• Review their totals, best week, and weekly history

If a mistake was made

• Go back to Enter Scores
• Find the score in the Saved Scores table
• Edit the Round 1 or Round 2 value
• Click Save
• If the score should not exist, click Delete

Backup recommendation

• Open Utilities at least once each week
• Export the data
• Download the JSON backup file
• Keep backups in a folder leadership can access
